Short description
The ICI E450 L-EFT set includes an E-field source which emits E-field pulses. This allows very accurate and high resolution IC analysis (fault injection) to be performed, such as for testing safety-critical circuits. Special features are the high-resolution peaks (for testing extremely small areas) and a very low trigger-to-pulse jitter (to specifically disturb the program flow).

The ICI E450 L-EFT pulse electric field source couples fast transient pulses into a test IC (open die). This allows for fault injection attacks or testing the immunity of individual areas of the IC.
