Short description
The PT4 burst transformer seperates EFT/burst generators output impulses according to IEC 61000-4-4 galvanically from the generator. Its symmetrical output signal can be coupled into the device under test in different ways. Functional faults can be matched to certain parts of the device under test, e.g. single PC boards or connectors.
Inside the connection cable of the PT4 are damping elements, which prevent high-frequency common mode currents from the EFT/burst generator entering the device under test as good as possible.
The PT4 comes either with an SHV plug (HV SHV-SMB 1 m) or a Fischer plug (HV FI-SMB 1 m). Please choose a plug when ordering.
