Using the 145 mm extension, a near-field scanner probe can be converted to a handheld near-field probe. The extension is a pencil-shape item, which is assembled with an SMA female socket and an SMA male connector, suitable for the Langer near-field scanner probe types LFS, RFS and XFS.
